Description
So, You may recall me asking advice for an unpainted clay head last week. Well, here is the result! Meet Sonatra, the Ocofox! Sonatra is semi-posable. He has a plastic ball and socket spine, and floppy legs, so he can be curled up, or have a wagging tail or whatevs, but soft and smushy arms.
Now, Im still of two minds about Sonatra. On the one hand, I think he's UNBELIEVABLY adorable. I spent SO LONG sculpting and painting him. Like, Each paw took an hour and a half or longer to sculpt, and I was painting his face for probably more than 3 hours to try and get it perfect, and I really am pleased. I love his endearing, pleading eyes.
BUT. Theres just something Im not happy about. Something about his body I just don't like, and I don't know why. Its really bugging me. I dunno. But because of this, I would really appreciate honest feedback on him. And, would you like to see more dolls like this? Ive enjoyed doing him, do you think I should do more?
