Nostaw the Posable doll, SOLD 2 by Sovriin Nostaw the Posable doll, SOLD 2 by Sovriin
Introducing Nostaw! Nostaw is a fawnling, a race of deer like creatures with the ability to stand on their hind legs. Nostaw is a part of the reindeer variation, with snowy brown fur, and velvety antlers. Their large ears give them excellent hearing, and their long, strong backlegs allow them to kick hard. Their long dexterous tails allow them to balance on 2 or 4 legs with ease.

Nostaw is a high quality posable art doll. Built onto a posable wire frame, he has clay hooves and face, and a plush body. His antlers are made from a high quality plastic so theyre not fragile. He's been carefully painted and varnished with high quality materials. He can be posed in a large number of positions, and stands on his own (though the tail needs to be positioned for balance)

Hi there, thanks for your interest in my dolls! Unfortunately, I literally would not be able to make a doll like this for 50 dollars total. The materials are quite expensive, and shipping to America costs me 20 dollars on its own. With shipping not included, I can make you a doll for 50 dollars, but it would have to be an original design that we decide on, and a simpler one than this. Note me if you are still interested, but bare in mind shipping costs and materials costs for me etc :) Hope that's ok! ^^

I do indeed! Haha cool! I love trying out all sorts of things, its the best ^^

Awesome! Youll have to show it once you've finished!

Hmm tips... Well, one Ive found very useful, is if youre using a wire armature, try securing the different parts together with milliput clay. Its super strong and secure, and means the arms wont randomly fall off ^^ But feel free to message me if you get stuck/want advice on anything in particular, Im always happy to help ^^

And thanks for the watch!

Ah, that makes sense ^^

Its definitely worth trying when you can afford it, Ive found it works wonders! Its also pretty good to sculpt with as well :)

Yeah, Im not a fan of being all secretive! I mean, theres one or two things I like to keep secret, but for the most part, I love helping out :D

^^

Hmm it varies from doll to doll, this guy probably took 10 - 15 hours maybe? Ive had some dolls take about 30+ hours, and others about 4 :)

I really like it. It reminds me of the lulus from Liliana Bodoc's The Days of the Deer, at least it's pretty close to how I imagined them. Great work.
